After weeks of disturbing testimony unveiled during the preliminary hearing, a judge has ruled that Howard K. Stern , Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich will stand trial for the death of Anna Nicole Smith . The defendants, who will be facing 23 total felonies, are due back on court on December 11th.

This is an interesting way to appeal to the kiddies! The UN has named Tinkerbell the “Honorary Ambassador of Green” to promote taking good care of the environment. She’s the first cartoon character to be given such an honor! Kiyo Akasaka, Under-Secretary-General for Communications and Public Information says: “We’re delighted Tinker Bell has agreed to be our Honorary Ambassador of Green.
